My name is Gina Marks and I am a nutritionist who is passionate about helping people achieve a healthy lifestyle. I have been thinking about making a blog for a few years now, but I never seemed to have the courage to get going. Fortunately, with the help of my friends I was able to get this website going so I can have a place to share some of my tips and advice.
I plan to share a few updates every month about how to eat healthy and how to combine a great diet with simple workouts that should help everyone lose some weight and feel so much better. I promise not to upload complicated recipes and strict exercise routines as I know from experience that most people have issues sticking to these. Instead, I will be focusing on short tips that are easy to follow and won’t restrict your daily life too much.
